# Tariff Code Compliance for Shopify

Research tariff codes, review evidence, and apply approved classifications without leaving Shopify Admin.

## Install the Shopify app

1. Open [Tariff Code Compliance in the Shopify App Store](https://apps.shopify.com/tariff-code-compliance?utm_source=tariffcodecompliance.com&utm_medium=docs&utm_campaign=install_shopify_docs).
2. Choose **Install**, select your store, and approve the requested app access.
3. Open Tariff Code Compliance from Shopify Admin and choose a product to classify.

## Review a tariff-code proposal

Open a product to see the proposed code, supporting product facts, tariff evidence, alternatives, assumptions, and uncertainty before approving anything.

## Export a compliance packet
